Internet marketing requires a lot of work tobe done with continuous monitoring of efforts. I use few chrome extensions which make my life easier in this field. Let me share these with relevant screenshots, which helps you understand them.
1. Moz bar: It is a famous extension developed by Rand Fishkin. It discusses two matrices Page Authority(PA) & Domain Authority(DA); which helps you understand ranking of search results in Google.
2. WooRank: I found this one quite interesting as it gives overall picture of any website. It covers social signals, mobile responsiveness, SEO issues, Local directories, Online reviews, Visitors analysis & many more. I loved it.
3. Builtwith(bw): It is really useful when you are planning for a website from scratch and you want to understand technical requirements which can help you win over your competitors. It helps you to discuss with developer regarding technical know-how about project. So go to your number one competitor site and run Builtwith. You will get to know about details like web servers, frameworks, marketing tools, content delivery networks, syndication techniques & widgets implemented there.
4.Pagespeed Insights: It is developed by Google for onsite analysis. It will give you clear picture of areas that require to be worked upon, which can lead to better experience of visitors on your site. You can also directly go to Google developer to do your homework.
5. Tag Assistant: This is again from Google and developed in correlation with Google Tag Manager. It is quite helpful for non-developer marketer to understand sequence of tag fire which lead to capture data or event.
